Description

  • CR200 Creaming Tanks are an important part of preparation of processed cheese.
  • Viscosity of the processed cheese is increased and improved by mechanical agitator equipped with wall cleaner.
  • CR200 Creaming Tanks consist of a stationary, cylindrical container with a conical base. Tanks are available in size from 80 to 5000 I. The drive motor is frequency regulated and simultaneously powers the agitator and creaming paddle via planetary gearbox.
