CH 300
Description
- CH 300 have been designed suitable for boiling with steam. The raw material can be based on fresh curd, cheese, functional powder. All raw material and ingredient have been loaded in the machine splitter with the back and forth movement of the spirals. The filtered steam is contributed directly into the machine. The products can be processed at demanded temperature and form with heating from the skin. With running the spirals forward the product can be sent to the front cover and with opening the cover, the. product is evacuated to the transfer spiral.

- It has 4 steam injectors.
- Double jacket for heating / cooling.
- Inner part of the machine is designed radial and tunnel type to provide homogenous boiling.
- Spiral can work independently.
- 2 Spiral motors each 7.5 kw and they can be controlled from the speed control unit.
- Spiral can be removed and adjusted practically.
- The top cover of the machine opening / closing by pneumatic system.
- The product evacuation cover of the machine has the pneumatic opening / closing and locking system. it has the escape – proof joint ring.
- PT 100 thermocouple is used in the temperature sensor.
- The electric system has the 1 P 65 safety component.
- The touch screen is used for convenience.
- The screen is not affected from water, oil and steam.
- The materials are made of AISI 304 Quality Stainless Steel.
- For safety machine controlled by 2 pressure control system (electric & mechanical)
- Max 300 kg loading capacity for liquid and Processed pizza cheese.
